Eric grew up in a small town in Minnesota. Weekends and family vacations centered around camping and boating activities. After earning a Bachelors of
Science degree in Aviation Management, he moved to Atlanta to pursue his career and has been a professional pilot for the last 28 years. Missing the feel of Minnesota lake country, Eric, his wife Christie, and daughter Braelin moved to Lake Oconee in 2016. After a couple of months, they knew they had found “home”.
Kevin brought the FuelBote idea up to Eric and after much work behind the scenes, it all came together. Many long days and nights ahead, but they are excited to bring the convenience of dockside fuel to all of Lake Oconee.
